What liquids can I use with FOLLĒ applicators?
All three FOLLĒ devices work with most low-to-medium viscosity liquids including minoxidil (2% and 5%), rosemary oil, peppermint oil, castor oil, jojoba oil, peptide serums, hair tonics, and most scalp treatment liquids. Avoid very thick oils like pure unrefined coconut oil or heavy butters as these can clog the dispensing mechanism over time.

How often should I use each device?
The FOLLĒ Classic and Roller are designed for daily use. The Lumina Pro should be used 3 times per week — not daily. Consistent use over 8–12 weeks produces the most noticeable results with any hair growth treatment.

Can I use FOLLĒ with minoxidil?
Yes — this is the most common use case for all three devices. The Classic and Roller make minoxidil application significantly cleaner and more precise than the standard droppers included in most packaging.

What is the tank size for each product?
FOLLĒ Classic: 15ml tank

What is the difference between the Classic and the Roller?
The Classic has a larger 15ml tank and is designed for full scalp coverage in a single session — your primary daily applicator. The Roller has a 6ml compact tank with stainless steel roller balls for targeted treatment of specific areas like the hairline, temples, or a particular thinning zone. Most customers use both — the Classic for their full routine and the Roller for focused spot treatment.

Does the Lumina Pro actually work for hair growth?
Low-level laser therapy (LLLT) at the 650nm wavelength has been studied for scalp health and is the basis of several FDA-cleared hair growth devices. The Lumina Pro uses the same 650nm wavelength. We cannot make medical claims, but the science behind the wavelength is well established. Consistent use over 8–12 weeks is necessary to see changes.

CARE & MAINTENANCE

How do I clean my FOLLĒ device?
Rinse the dispensing tip under warm water for 30 seconds after every use. For a deeper clean, use a cotton swab with 70% isopropyl alcohol on the comb teeth or roller balls. For the Lumina Pro, rinse the tip but always keep the USB-C charging port completely dry.

My device seems clogged — what do I do?
Soak the dispensing tip in warm water for 5–10 minutes, then press gently to clear the blockage. A cotton swab with 70% isopropyl alcohol can dissolve dried residue. This is most easily prevented by rinsing after every single use — 30 seconds under the tap is all it takes.

Can I use the Lumina Pro in the shower?
The Lumina Pro is IPX7 waterproof — it can withstand submersion in up to 1 metre of water for 30 minutes. Always keep the USB-C charging port completely dry. Never use the device while it is charging.

I have not received my order — what should I do?
