WHAT WE COLLECT
When you place an order with FOLLĒ we collect your name, shipping address, email address, and payment information. Payment details are processed securely through Shopify Payments and are never stored by FOLLĒ directly.

When you browse our store, we automatically collect certain information including your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit. This is standard for all e-commerce stores and is handled by Shopify.

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use your information to:
· Process and fulfil your order
· Send order confirmation and shipping updates
· Respond to your customer service enquiries
· Send marketing emails — only with your consent, and only if you opted in

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third party for their own marketing purposes.

THIRD PARTIES WE WORK WITH
· Shopify — our store platform, which processes your payment and manages your order data
· AliExpress / DSers — our fulfilment partner, who receives your shipping address to dispatch your order
· Klaviyo — our email marketing platform, which stores your email address if you subscribe

Each of these partners has their own privacy policy governing how they handle your data.

EMAIL MARKETING
If you subscribe to our email list or opt in at checkout, we may send you product updates, promotions, and hair growth tips. You can unsubscribe from any marketing email at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email.

YOUR RIGHTS
You have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, request that we correct any inaccurate data, and request that we delete your data. To make any of these requests email hello@follecare.com.

COOKIES
Our store uses cookies to keep track of your cart and to understand how visitors use our site. You can disable cookies in your browser settings though this may affect your shopping experience.
