If you are not completely satisfied with your FOLLĒ purchase for any reason — including product quality, device performance, or if your item arrives damaged or defective — contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will refund you in full.
No return required for defective, damaged, or unsatisfactory items. We will issue your refund as soon as you contact us.
For change-of-mind returns, we ask that the item is unused and in its original condition. In this case we may ask you to return the item before processing your refund.
HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
Email orders@follecare.com with:
· Your order number
· Your reason for requesting a refund
· A photo of the item if it is damaged or defective
We respond to all refund requests within 48 hours. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of approval and may take an additional 3–7 business days to appear on your statement depending on your bank or card provider.
EXCHANGES
If you would like to exchange your item for a different color or product, contact us at orders@follecare.com and we will arrange this for you.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED
· Items returned after 30 days of delivery
· Items that have been used and show clear signs of wear beyond normal use
